Processing Times
All items are made to order using 3D printing.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Please note that during busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates (UK Only)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
- Orders under £19.99: £3.95 shipping
- Orders £20 and over: Free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 2–4 working days (Royal Mail)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking may be included depending on the size and value of your order.
If tracking is provided, you will receive details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
We aim to use protective and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
Delays or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
