Returns

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve this by offering a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Return Conditions

Where a return is agreed:

Items must be returned in their original condition
Items must not show signs of use or damage after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect → we cover return costs
For any other agreed returns → the customer is responsible for return postage

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Custom or personalised items
Minor cosmetic differences inherent to 3D printing (see below)

🎨 Product Variations

All items are 3D printed to order, and slight variations may occur.

Colours may vary due to filament batches, lighting, and screen differences
Minor surface imperfections or layer lines are a natural result of the 3D printing process

These variations do not affect the quality or functionality of the item and are not considered faults.
